Why we love this brand
MAN 1924 was founded in Bilbao in 1924 by Ambrosio Navares, a recognized name in Spain's textile industry. Three generations later, the Navares family still runs the house. Every piece is made in Spain by hand, from fabric to thread, including the silk ties and knitwear. The brand traces a clear line to the Basque Country, citing local artists like Jorge Oteiza, Eduardo Chillida and Cristóbal Balenciaga as part of its design context. Two boutiques, on Claudio Coello in Madrid and Ercilla in Bilbao, anchor the retail presence.
